About Us

Founded by Morgan Candolfi and Adeel Sait, Serkai Studio is the culmination of years spent crafting luxury residential and commercial projects alongside renowned designers internationally. Driven by a shared passion for design, Morgan and Adeel established the studio to bring their personal design vision to a global audience for projects of all scales.

Serkai Studio is a multidisciplinary design practice operating at the intersection of interior and furniture design. We believe that exceptional spaces are born from the unique story of a place, creating environments that are innovative and deeply rooted in their environment.

The Studio's approach is a continuous exploration of narrative and materiality. We combine modern sensibilities with honest, tactile materials to create bespoke, soulful spaces tailored to the individual. From that narrative, every material choice, spatial decision and furniture selection follows with intention, creating spaces that feel genuinely of their location: distinctive, layered and built to last.

This philosophy extends to our furniture. We are currently developing NOYAU, our dedicated furniture line, which allows us to bring a custom, artisanal quality to every project we touch. By bridging the gap between bespoke spatial design and crafted furniture, we ensure that every element, from the architecture to the decorative object, is intentional, enduring, and uniquely yours.

Rooted

Every design begins with the story of the place: its light, its landscape and its makers.

Considered

Function, durability and atmosphere are held in equal regard. Nothing is arbitrary.

Soulful

We design to evoke emotion, creating spaces that feel alive, deeply human, and resonant with the people who inhabit them.

What We Do

Services

Full-service design and delivery across commercial, boutique hospitality and residential projects internationally.

01

Interior Design

A staged process from first idea to final handover. We begin with a design concept and detailed mood boards, then move through three stages of development including zoning and layouts, detailed design with renders, schedules, and full technical packages, before compiling a complete handover binder covering every decision, drawing and specification. Procurement and site visits are also available. With manufacturing and sourcing partners operating in multiple locations globally, we're able to manage procurement that fits each client and project.

02

Interior Decoration

The layer that brings a space to life, built through a similar staged process. We begin with a design concept and detailed mood boards, then move through two stages of development including zoning and basic layouts, detailed design with renders and schedules leading into staging and styling, curating furniture, lighting, textiles, art and every finishing touch. Procurement and site visits are also available. With manufacturing and sourcing partners operating in multiple locations globally, we're able to manage procurement that fits each client and project.

03

Furniture Design

Bespoke furniture, designed and produced for every project we take on, tailored to its material palette and story. From 2027, that expertise extends into NOYAU, our own furniture line, launching with its first collection and bringing signature, in-house pieces to a wider audience beyond individual commissions.

04

Consultation

Expert guidance for owners, developers and design teams at any stage of a project — material recommendations, design problem-solving, feasibility input and strategic advice. A flexible way to draw on our experience without a full-service engagement, from early planning through to final review.
